To hone the skills of Tangshan Xielie’s workforce and inspire employees’ enthusiasm for technical expertise, the “Craftsmanship in Manufacturing, Technology Shapes the Future” skills competition was held twice in December, with more than 30 elite members from the Technical Department participating in the competition.
The competition adheres to the principle of “using competitions to promote learning, practice, and action,” with proactive overall planning, detailed competition designs, and clearly defined assessment criteria.
During the competition, members of each group had clearly defined roles and worked collaboratively, while competition among the groups was fierce.
First Place: Wang Wenlei’s Group
After fierce competition, Wang Wenlei’s team won first place thanks to their exceptional skills. The company awarded them a cash prize, and the team members who won the award shared their winning experiences and summarized their impressions of the competition.
